We are very sorry to hear if you have encountered a problem with your product. We would like to inform you that we at SoSenang will ONLY COVER ANY PROBLEMS RELATED TO THE SENSOR LID.
If your product's sensor lid has any issues, please follow the steps below.
Step 1 - Write an email to [SoSenangStore@gmail.com] with the subject "Problems with Sensor Lid"
Submit an email to us with the information mentioned in Steps 2 and 3.
*Take Note that we only take refunds for damaged goods*
Step 2 - Attach images and videos of the product to show us the problem.
**Take videos, to show us that the batteries are installed properly, and that the switch is turned on.**
Step 3 - Provide us your Order Details
Provide us your order number and name so we can track your order and process a replacement.
