01.   What does the product come with?

The product will come with a 1-Month Supply of Trash Bags, AA Alkaline Batteries, and Fragrance Pack

02.   What is the Battery Life for the sensor dustbin?

A fully charged sensor dustbin can last up to 4months. After which, it can be recharged with a change of batteries (ALKALINE BATTERIES ONLY)

03.   How can I return the product if there are any issues?

Please contact us at +60179963494 to share with us the issue and your order ID. After that we will verify the problem and provide instructions of how you can process the return.

04.   What does the warranty cover?

There is a 6 months warranty for the sensor of the dustbin. If the sensor malfunctions, send us a video to show us that batteries are properly in place and that it is switched on. If still not working, we will replace or refund the product.

05.   Is there any specific trash bag that I must use with this product?

There is no specific trash bag that must be used with this product. You can use a small one if you have less trash and a bigger one when you are hosting a party.

06.   How long does it take to receive my product?

The product will be shipped from Kuala Lumpur within 24hours. It should take a total of 3-5working days to reach you depending on where you are.
